"Lovely, spacious room, with balcony, which was pleasant. We stayed on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the peace, away from the crowds and kids! The wine and Welsh cakes were a nice touch too. Breakfast was good and staff members were all excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay."

"Central to everything however a few issues. The taxi app at reception is not the best, no mini bar and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. No fault of the hotel but noise from nearby bars dies go on to the early hours. Still enjoyed our stay. The things mentioned could enhance it."
