“Just back from a lovely break at Elm Grove in Tenby. The house is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the field opposite and there are plenty of seats to relax and unwind in around the house. We stayed in a twin room which was very spacious and spotlessly clean with luxurious furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and beautifully made with amazing bedding and pillows. “Very helpful and pleasant staff, without exception. Clean rooms. Plenty of hot water, shower could have been a bit more powerful, but more than adequate. Only slight downside, the corridors smelt a little musty. But this didn’t detract from the stay. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. ”
