Was a little disappointed that the pool bar was only open on Saturday and the restaurants weren’t open due to renovations. Overall it was a good experience.

I stayed June 2nd - 5th 2024. I paid for two rooms, me and my sister visiting from VA. The rooms were very clean, recently updated. But the rest of the resort was closed for construction except the outdoor pool. So I paid a resort price for indoor pool, exercise room, restaurant and pub and got a room with an outdoor pool. I was never notified about the construction until after I arrived at check in. I told them if I wanted to spend less money to just have an outdoor pool I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel with only that. I hope they email me because that is very bad business for the Red Jacket Resorts on Cape Cod, MA. Oh and the morning I left I had no hot water to shower, and there were only about three other rooms occupied. I don’t recommend this resort

This is a beautiful piece of property, but unfortunately, they are working on the Bluewater resort. We were unable to check in at the front desk there we were told we needed to go to the Riviera both facilities are owned by red jacket. Our room was not at Bluewater. It was at red jacket Riviera. They are redoing all rooms at Bluewater. I believe there are some rooms that they are currently renting, but there is a lot of construction going on the pool bar and pool were open at Bluewater in the pool bar was not opened at the Riviera so you had to make the track back-and-forth which was a little unsettling at times, overall it was beautiful and there weren’t a lot of people staying there so it was peaceful enough on a Sunday night stay the Riviera is done over and our room. There was fine. It was just not what we expected. We were unaware of the construction at the Bluewater. I would’ve given it. All five stars for the service was great, but the construction was a pain.

An exciting trip met with a poorly managed hotel and stay. We firstly were not informed that the whole place was under renovations and we can’t use the amenities at our resort, the pool, bar, restaurants, etc are closed. We paid to enjoy those things! Throughout our stay, our power went out, we had no hot water, and every phone number given to us doesn’t work so we need to walk to talk to the very unhelpful front desk, 3 times! The phone lines and internet did not work or were not connected, so we had no service during our stay. We paid $50 for parking yet the parking lot is blocked off by cones we needed to move and had to move our car while the lot gets repainted. I’ve never stayed at a place that is so mismanaged and has no idea what is happening at their property. At this point we would have been better suited at a camp ground. The staff was just as confused as us why nothing is ready for the season or why these issues kept occurring (so we were met with no help) Great location, very poorly managed "resort" that made our stay less than enjoyable. The friendliest people at the property were our neighbors that we took turns walking to the front desk to share in our frustrations of nothing working.
