“Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. ”

“Lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking and very easy to check in (just send a message on here or contact the property directly to advise of your arrival time.) The breakfast was really great and there is lots of options for all diets. Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable. There is also a fridge under the stairs for guests to use which is very thoughtful. Plenty of parking right outside. There’s a few restaurants and a supermarket a short walk...

“Hotel room was fine. Staff was very cordial and helpful at all times. Cafe and bar area was enjoyable. Nice breakfast was served. Only issue was we could have used a newer or better mattress.”

“Ficamos 2 dias antes de embarcar em um cruzeiro. Excelente localização: perto do porto e perto de todas as atrações da cidade. Tudo pode ser feito a pé: restaurantes, shopping center, parques, atrações turísticas como as muralhas medievais, calçadão... Hotel simples, limpo, staff muito gentil, cama confortável bom café da manhã,, local seguro e silencioso.”

“Great one night stay after attending a wedding in the area. Well appointed room, in adjoining stable block, with bottled water, comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast. We were also given a courtesy call on the day to check we were still coming as we were at the wedding. Highly recommend.”
