"From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind and helpful. We were shown to our room promptly and the room was gorgeous and well equipped. We had a wonderful week's stay at this beautiful resort. We were supremely happy with everything. "

"The staff was polite to us. Our room was too small for three people, the WiFi was unstable, poor quality mattresses; there were other issues that made our stay difficult and uncomfortable. The bed area was tightly placed, run down…torn curtains, just bad. I took a few pictures with my other phone, so I have nothing to share. I wanted to but we were exhausted from a long trip and all we wanted was rest and relaxation. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Again, the staff were kind and apologized, it just wasn’t timely. They did attempt to help us with our malfunctioning refrigerator the night before we left, but timely communications failed. Hotels dot com intervened and were also apologetic. Maybe it was just a fluke…it happens. Book at your own risk."

"The property is next to a 7-11, makes it convenient to grab snacks or drinks. It is also a short drive to the Aeon Mall Rycom, or taxi ride. My taxi fare from Rycom to Hotel New Century was only 900 yen. Only issue was for my son, he is tall and the bed was a bit short for him and bathroom ceiling was a little too low for him. Great little hotel and lovely staff."

"This property is clean and quiet. Only negative i can think of is checking in. The office open hours for check-in on their website was incorrect so that I had to come back later again for check-in (after calling them. Not sure if the desk clerk speaks English). No iron and no iron board. Laundry (washer and dryer) is free of charge which is nice. "
