“First let me say two things- the pictures are misleading and the 5/5 reviews have to be fake. “We made a reservation through Expedia. I received an email from Expedia the day of my stay saying that my card had been declined and that I needed to provide a new means of payment by 9:56pm, or my reservation would be canceled. We arrived at 5:30. They said the reservation had been cancelled at 2 pm, they could do nothing about it, and we'd have to get a different room at $220 a night, instead of the $80 we were supposed to be charged.
