Wonderful night staff

I'm giving it all five stars because of the late check-in I had and the gentleman was very nice with my service dog unlike some other properties. Yes this hotel is older and it's in a busy area but he was very kind and I'm very thankful

Overall had a good stay. Breakfast was meager at best. The room was a little beat up for wear and even though it was definitely clean, I wasn't quite feeling it thus the overall rating of 4 instead of 5 stars but I think if I were in the area again I would probably stay at this location again.

Very run down building, moldy grout in restroom, holes all through comforter as well as fabric window curtain. Also not the most pleasant of staff. Stayed on the second floor and the hand railing in the corner was rusted away to an extreme degree with just jagged rusty points sticking out.

It’s a motel. Do the math.

It was good for what it is. A place to lay your head and that’s it. It’s a stank motel. That’s what they are. Like I said l, good to lay your head at.

How super 8 motel was

The customer service was really good. The room was disgusting dirty stained up broken end tables. My god I could go on. The bathroom though was amazing. I absolutely love the shower. The guys working the front desk was very helpful nice and willing to make everything as comfortable as possible. I'll stay again I just hope next time the room I get will be cleaner and nicer.

Price was pretty low for a night and I was not expecting much. It is close to the airport and room under $70 is relief. Breakfast was free which are 2 kinds of serial, apple, coffee and juice. I enjoyed sunrise from the window. You should not expect much when hotel next to it is $200/night. And I will give 4/5 overall.

My experience was horrible, Run do not go to this hotel it was horrible. And hotels,com should take them off of the listing and I called them and told them about the room and I was moved to a different hotel and was very satisfied with the room, thank you hotels.com

Low maintenance

The bed was comfortable. The room had many chips, cracks and stains throughout. There were too few outlets and surfaces. No computer desk or chair. Worst of all was infestation of insects in the room, no doubt getting access through some of those cracks I mentioned.

I had bed bugs bites on my first night and the room was smelling a lot. Right after i bought up to the staff and management they provided me a new room which was good they were super friendnly. But any way if i stop considering my first bad day for the rest of the days i would say the room was decent with the price what i spent.

Room was in general disrepair. Bathroom door is partially fractured and won’t close. Safety rails partly disconnected from walls. Paint job and wall patching was pure amateur job. Plus side, bed was quite comfortable. Other guests or their friends hang around in parking lot making chatter half the night. Doubt there’s much you can do about it. Your staff guy was courteous, professional, very pleasant to do business with.

I think the folks at Wyndham truly ought to be embarrassed if they knew who was running their Super 8 in Florence, KY. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the rooms had burnt holes, tore-out lamps and stains in the bed sheets so bad my fiancé and I had to go out and buy our own set, money that we could’ve spent on a better room at a better hotel. I chose this hotel for good pricing and that I’ve stayed at various Super 8 hotels before, namely in Cherokee, NC, and they were truly the cream of the crop, the best! Not only should Wyndham investigate how beyond poorly this hotel in Florence is kept, but the Kentucky Department of Health AND the INS should investigate as well. We definitely will not be back to that hotel, but we do know Wyndham and the Super 8 chain is far better than that disgusting experience.
