“Great location with plenty of options for dining and sightseeing. The rooms are clean and the staff were friendly. Just know that they do not have air conditioning in the rooms. They will provide you with a portable fan if requested. Well worth the cost to stay in this beautiful area. ”
“Loved our stay here. Hotel is much bigger than what meets the eye from the street (so they were able to accommodate our request for 2 separate beds. I think we essentially got a free upgrade). It's in a good central location, with everything within walking distance.

Book a guided tour of Kilkenny Castle if you can. You get too see amazing parts that are not available during self-guided visits.
Have dinner/drinks/listen to live music at Kyteler's Inn. It's a 700 year old...
“We arrived to Kilkenny for a wedding on Thursday. We chose this location because it was slightly outside of the town center, had its own parking and was relatively close to all of our needed amenities. The staff were lovely and while the food wasn’t for my pallet, the rest of my family enjoyed it. We’d do it again!! ”
