“The major downfalls were the room was kinda musty smelling from the air conditioner fan not being left on between guests and the refrigerator was not cold so i could not refreez my ice packs for my cooler, and there is no air movement in the halls it was like a sauna”
“I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay. ”
“For a three night stay this suite was perfect. One suggestion though, two women sharing one mirror in the entire suite was a little difficult. Add a mirror in each bedroom please. ”
“The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, and we’re very friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the gal at the front desk during our stay and talked with her frequently. She was kind and answered her many questions with Grace kindness, and empathy. The dining room was always very clean and every time I would come back from the wedding staff was always eager to greet and ask about my day. I would stay here again, simply because of the staff interactions alone.”
“Rooms were large and had recently been renovated. Good value for visiting Mayo Clinic. They had a shuttle but we had to be there at 5:46 am so could not take it. Lots of smokers outside, but hotel cannot control that. ”
“Room has a distinctive musty smell which is rather disappointing. The beds looked like my kid made them rather than a professional but they look clean and comfortable.”
