"My stay was not good . The staff are not helpful. The soap dish came off in the shower on the first use. There was trash that met us at the lobby doors. Staff gave is the wrong breakfast hours and had us wake up an hour early for nothing. The pool was not working inspite of me calling ahead to ask. I was assured it worked. The breakfast was sub par at best. The powdered eggs were terrible. Im wondering why expedia have them down for a good choice. Do not stay here."

"We had reserved a room with a partial ocean view, but when we arrived none were available. The manager was friendly and helpful and gave us a generous discount to offset the room change. The room had a few issues. The floor could have been cleaner. There were a bunch of broken crayons in the drawer by the bed. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty. However, we found the staff to be extremely helpful. We received shower supplies and fresh towels when we requested them. On the plus side the beds were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Biscuits and gravy, link and patty sausage, eggs, three waffle makers, yogurt and fruit. There was orange and cranberry juice, tea and coffee. The coffee was excellent! We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it very much. The pool and landscaping was very attractive and it was nice being right across from the beach. We would certainly stay here again."

"Great stay! We were steps away from the beach, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Also the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I traveled with family and my 5 year old and she loved the indoor pool. For the price and location I would absolutely stay here again."

"Hotel was good. Staff was very friendly. The amenities were great. What could be better is in several occasions we called for extra towels or help with something and after waiting 30mins to an hour we had to call again. When asking about something for our room service order, we asked about something specific and they said they would have room service call us they never did. These things or course are being very minor and only mentioning so things can be improved. The hotel was clean could use a little updating; the fitness room, billard room, along with the room. We loved the vibe of the resort being very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back in the future."
