"Everyone was so nice and so professional. Housekeeping was the absolute best! They even mopped the sidewalk in front of our room and cleaned our room and left clean linens each day!!! We will definitely stay here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. I even bragged to the guy who checked us out!! Loved our stay!!!"

"Excellent breakfast—eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, waffles, coffee, juices etc. Love how a water dispenser filled w/ice & lemons at the elevator. Responsive to our asks for no-slip mat in walk in bath for elderly parent. But the 2nd person who handled our night check in was not customer service friendly. No pool available even though it was listed. Other guests at hotel were loud & dirty (dropped food in elevator, left trash on furniture—i felt for the staff which tried to keep up w/their...

"Great customer service, but it was noisy as hell and the beds were hard. Our first room had cars revving their engines outside all night and people stomping up and down the sidewalk talking loudly. We were moved to an upstairs room on the other side of the building, and that fixed the noise issue but then the AC unit was rattling all night long. If you stay here, bring a white noise machine or a good pair of earplugs. "
