“Im pissed i have videos and pictures of bugs crawling on the bed when my son is sleeping bugs all over the walls clogged sink hair everywhere cigarettes burns all over the tub and room was not cleaned right before we went to bed i called the office and wanted a new room with late check out the gave me a new room but no late check put which is absolutely unreasonable due to spending all our time in the dirty room only sleeping and having to check out the new room i need a free stay or my money...

“Pnly stayed a few hours to sleep. Main issue is the air conditioning does not work well and take half the night to cool down.”
