“Very clean rooms. The deluxe king room was roomy and comfortable. Great value!”

“ It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. ”

The breakfast staff told me that she normally quits cooking at 8:40 and it is first come first served but she would cook some more food just for me. I really appreciate her willingness as there were at least 10 travelers that came in after me. I think it would be a good idea to extend the breakfast to 9:30 or 10 on weekends. ”

“The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. “I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. If you want to order off the menu you get a discount but cofee is not included in that case. A little nickle and dimey imho. I was in room 12 which is very close to the interstate highway.
