“We stayed at DarZahia for 3 nights in November. Zahia (the owner) was not there but sent us a number of emails in advance with things to do in Taroudant and the vicinity, which was really helpful. The staff working there Belaïd and Fatima were excellent, really friendly and made us feel at home- Belaïd was really helpful showing us around town and Fatima's food was superb. “I was already looking for a hotel near the airport, and oh my God—what a surprise! This traditional American-style villa is unbelievable. First, we arrived on a dirt road, which really caught us off guard. Then someone opened the gate, and the moment we stepped inside, we were shocked—in the best way. The place is absolutely worth it: beautifully charming, with a stunning garden and a wonderful traditional Moroccan style. ”

“The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend.”

Room is basic but clean in a traditional Moroccan style. 20 mins walk to the beach or Taxi (20 Mad) There is a bar in the hotel you can take away to your room or solarium upstairs. Great little coffee bar across the road & a few restaurants just outside. Would definitely recommend as a base, if out daily exploring.”

“A wonderful family run hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. A wonderful place to get a sense of being grounded in Morocco with delicious breakfast, lovely pool and deck area. beach adjacent to property is a-ok and 20 mins walk north along coastal trail to finest beach that we founf in Southern Moroc. Will never forget the sweetness of fresh orange juice each morning and walks with owners dog, Salto!”
