"Hotel is located close to the airport and has a free airport shuttle service. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Room was very large, clean and well maintained. Not close to restaurants and shopping."

"Clean and modern accomodation. Restaurant ok. Gym and pool appreciated. Quiet room, well equipped. The airport shuttle service is not adequate for the amount of guests, service times also. Check-in has to improve (one staff member and about 15 people with different requests or questions on top of those that arrived)!"

The location couldn’t have been better—it’s within walking distance of so many of Madrid’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast deserves special recognition—it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. If you’re staying in Madrid, this is the only hotel I’d consider. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
