"This hotel is a very charming home away from home, They were very kind & went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Free parking is available if needed. The rooms are very clean and cozy & the beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast is self serve with microwave & toaster oven offerings that are quite good. including nice grain bread, bagels, sausage, french toast and omelettes. Cereal, fruit cup & fresh fruit as well. Certainly more than we needed. Convenient to the subway level access to appointments in the Mayo system, the shuttle or a quick taxi. Definitely a great go to for us in the future."

"Could have stayed one more day, but the food was so gross, it dragged everything else down. Biscuits had green mold and white fuzz growing on them. Coffee was terrible all three days I tried to drink it. Too many grounds were used, by as much as 30-40% guessing on how black and syrupy it was (probably from sitting too long). Hot tub and kiddie pool were not working."

"Breakfast was halfway decent. Beds are hard. Rooms are outdated. All staff were smiling and helpful. Kids loved the pool.. but tile area around pool is VERY SLIPPERY, should rethink that if they ever redo or upgrade."

"There was a very large (by the sound of his bark) dog just down the hall from us. He had been barking for some time before we called the front desk about it. We were told that it is a dog friendly hotel and nothing they could do and she was very short with us. It took about an hour and the poor dog stopped barking. We understand that people are there because someone they love is sick. We also know that pets are family. If it was my dog, I would have wanted to know. And she didn't need to make us feel bad...."
