“The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. “Our room had old, well used carpet. It felt a bit damp. The building is older, so there are cracks and paint chips. However, I felt the room and bedding was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the pool on a hot day.”

Beds were comfy, room and hotel were clean, loved the pool/hot tub area, staff was amazing, Lily specifically was truly exceptional, we had an issue that she assisted with and was very accommodating.
