"Excellent hotel and location"

"The room is very clean. Staff are very friendly. The check in and check out process is super fast. No more than 3 minutes top. It’s in a great quiet neighborhood which I love and there’s a mall 10 mins away by driving. They have a parking lot that’s extra pay though. The only thing that is bad is the WiFi connection is not the best. It would keep going on and off randomly. There is a gym, store and restaurant in the lobby. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. I’ve stayed there 3 times already. I know I will be staying there again if I’m ever back in Toronto "

"Everything was fantastic, from check-in to check-out. Even with the little hiccups we encountered our stay was very enjoyable. My lil one was a little sad that there were no Easter activities. When he asked the concierge they almost let it slip about the "
