Neighbourgood Newlands
Very basic, but things work. Good location if you're running Two Oceans. Room is comfortable, but aircon is a bit unreliable. No shampoo etc was provided for the shower, which is a bit disappointing.

WINK Eaton Square
Handy alternative if in southern suburbs. Mix of long term residents and short term rentals. On site Café had good offering. Safe, good value for money.
