"I imagine once upon a time this was an awesome place to stay. I had read previous reviews so was expecting dated decor but the carpet, drapes and soupy mattresses were just too much to recommend. The bathroom actually was clean and with no other rooms available anywhere due to a conference in town I was attending; the 3 nights were manageable. Anyone could take the elevator to access any floor though it says insert your key, so that safety feature was a bust. I did appreciate the robot security near the parking garage especially at night. The smoke was pervasive, as many have described. You would hope the hotel side had some kind of other filters or something to dissipate it. I love the location but it felt like a mall that was soon to close. They have to find the money for room upgrades at the very least new mattresses and carpet. The front desk ladies were very nice at check-in and out. I really would give this stay 2 star for today's standards at even a budget hotel, but I gave it 3 because it worked out for me. "

"I will never stay there again. The room was clean but the floors were bowing in the bathroom. They gave me 5 towels. Two big, two small washcloths and one for the floor. I had to give them those five towels back to wash and they gave them back to me. I couldn't just get towels. They were rude and not friendly. "

"Breakfast was served and one meal was late to the table. Restaurant was not busy. I think the waitress didn’t put in one order."

"The maid service is slow and very sub par. Didn’t add towels or pick up old ones. Trash never emptied. Stsrbucks staff slow. "

"The building is a older building. With many repairs that show where thwy been done. Had a smell but was cleaned daily. Vending machines where poor several where broke. "
