“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

Then: -Opened fridge and an opened coke bottle was in there. -Pulled sheets up and there was a pen inside the sheets and hair all over the right side of the bed. -Shower pan black swirls Room wasn’t cleaned properly from prior guests.”
