"I was disappointed with a slow check in process. Over 30 mins to check in. Furthermore the room was not clean. Hair on the carpet and in the shower together with handwash that had fallen off the wall. For a new hotel - I was disappointed."

"It was close to the tower of London, which is what we were looking for. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a great tub. Welcome drink was appreciated. The breakfast was good, but too expensive."

"What a gem of a hotel! Never stayed in canary ward before but we had a concert to go to so thought we’d give a go. So glad we did! 5 min walk to the tube. Beautiful view over the river! Staff were super friendly and helpful. And the rooms were fantastic!"
