"I would never stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone looking for temporary housing. The experience was horrible from start to finish. Every time I tried to open my room door, it would take 3–4 attempts just to get inside. On top of that, there was constant knocking noises 24/7. At first I thought it was construction outside, but the noise was actually coming from somewhere around the bathroom area and continued all through the night — even at 1–2 AM. It was extremely annoying and made it hard to rest. The only male staff member working there was also very rude and inconsiderate. I was recovering from surgery and had a catheter in, barely able to move around. The first night there wasn’t even any toilet tissue provided. Later when I needed clean towels, he made me go all the way upstairs to bring down the used towels. After I struggled to do that, he refused to take them because he thought there was blood on them, when it was actually pink surgical soak from my recovery. I even explained that one towel may have had blood on it, but he still made me go get it just to refuse it anyway. I ended up throwing it away myself. Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and completely lacking compassion or professionalism."

"Easy to checked in. Elevator wasn't working the whole weekend I was there. Front staff didn't made me aware that it wasn't working until I saw the, "out of order" sign. I stayed in a suite, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living room area were fully equipped. As soon as I arrived, I checked the room. I noticed trash in the dining trash can, one of the glasses was still dirty and they had forgotten to put var soap. Everything else was in places The room had no AC, so would need to leave the door open so air could come on from the living room. Bathtub was repainted. Wifi signal kept going down. TV signal would work for a few minutes then it would go down. I did asked the front desk about the wifi signal and I was tols, someone had a complain and they had reset it. However it "
