"We stayed in the Presidential suite for one night. It's a great room that badly needs some TLC and the maids missed a lot of dust and schmutz on the full length bathroom mirror. It didn't seem to be vacuumed well either. The light over the wet bar was hanging by a thread. The trash basket holder was practically disintegrated and needs to be replaced. And no hand soap bar left in the master bath. Now the positive! We arrived early and were checked in early, always a huge plus, Dirty mirror was promptly addressed. The free cookies are delicious and they are very generous with them. The presidential suite is nice sized with a powder room, full living room, separate bedroom and a huge main bath with a big soaking tub. Clean crisp and plentiful towels, clean crisp linens and a comfortable King bed with a full sized TV in the bedroom. The pool was great and not too shallow. Both hot tubs need jet work badly. Decent looking fitness center. The hotel amenities and guest rooms definitely need some love. Pet friendly like all Doubletrees. Overall a nice place and we will be staying again."

"Very nice place to stay! Room very clean, comfortable bed, soft clean towels and nice and quiet for rest. Breakfast very good, lots to choose from, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, this is just some of the options. Easy check-in and check-out."

"Such a wonderful, peaceful setting amongst the trees and along Oak Creek. It was a pleasure to sleep with doors open listening to the water flow. The unit itself was immaculate. The unit's size was great and well appointed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely re-book next time we visit Sedona."
