"Amenities were awesome. Very nice resort. Rooms were a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. My only complaint was they tried to charge me 25$ a night x5 nights for a bassinet for my newborn. I went and bought one for 60$. Resort fees and parking really add up- over 400$ for a 5 night stay. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re getting a good rate. Restaurants are good but severely overpriced- can walk across the street and each much better and for way less money, "

"We had a great stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and then cancelled. I called to let them know we were on our way and they were so kind. Yes, the hotel is under renovation, but it didn’t affect our stay in any way. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Internet was slow, couldnt handle photo uploads to phone from camera, room was dirty, there was literal dry blood on the elevator light. Very dirty floors/ baseboards. I literally checked the room for bed bugs * did not find any thank goodness. Exremely poor lighting , in rooms and ESPECIALLY on the platform to get to the rooms. There was zero hallway lighting... staff doesnt clean the room unless you ask 24 hours ahead of time. Tried to check in early, charged me but we were unable to check in early, paid for late check out, got back and we were locked out of our room... they fixed that part but then at 12:50 ( late check out is 1pm ) they were banging on our door rushing us out of the room. Would not stay here again."

"Check-in was easy and quick, same as checkout. Convenient shuttle to the docks, although it depends on how many people are ahead of you. Room is clean and quiet, nicely laid out for relaxing and watching TV."

"My flight was cancelled by the airline. My reservation has passed the cancellation period, but the hotel staff cancelled my reservation with a full refund. Very nice and very friendly. Will definitely try to stay here again next time."

"Great stay with a beautiful view of the beach. Overlooked the pool but it was not loud when you closed the balcony. Lots of things to do at the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants."

"Room and pull out bed that was supposed to be used for my service animal was completely disgusting and stained. Horrible ac and when asked for a fix or to switch rooms, someone came up and had zero affect on the temp. No new room. "
