This hotel is a MUST! I traveled with my 14-month alone. We arrived at 11:30pm with a friendly, smiling face and tons of help for luggage. They had my son’s bed all set up with a clean sheet and even a baby blanket. Breakfast was amazing with TONS of options. I didn’t have to worry about feeding my son. It was clean too! Which I am extremely particular about. We felt safe and very welcomed by all. I can’t suggest it more. Thank you Fairfield Tampa Riverview!

Employees always make you feel welcome, great location, clean, and good selection for breakfast. Only thing I would change is the syrup for the waffles shouldn't be so close to the waffle makers because people bump into you trying to reach for the syrup when you're making a waffle. Other than that, everything is pleasant.
