Good location

The receptionist Wanda was excellent and she got a ground floor room for me which was well equipped. The hotel itself is in a great location for The Fun Spot and Old Town as it is only a short walk. The hotel is in dire need of renovation but if all you need is a room and a shower it is fine.

I use to stay here all the time. The hotel is closing and there is nobody in housekeeping. The staff that are still working are friendly. Restaurant and store are closed. Bar is closed. Front pool only pool open. Couple more days and it will permanently be closed.

Wow! SeraLago has definitely stepped up their rooms. We stayed in the new suites and had plenty of room for 3 adults. Separated bedroom, living room and kitchen area. I would suggest coffee maker and a comfy chair but everything else was great for the price.

I stayed here before this time our room was at the back room 872 the room was nice and clean but the grass was grown up the trash cans were overflowed with trash, kind of scary at night. There was no one around very disappointing playground was grown up just majorly gone down. The staff at check in was very nice

Staff not actually helpful. Amenities were basically closed down. After waiting for sometime for my pool view room, they were putting us in a room facing a defunct pool. After complaining , we were given a room that was far from feeling clean. Property was litered with garbage and it appeared that some were living there.

Foe the price you pay it s perfect!in a very good location. There could be some renovations done here and there..our door was about to break and the 2nd pool was not open. Resortfee is a little too much dor what you get!!.it used to be $9, now it s $20 per day!! Otherwise no problems. Thank you

This place apparently has zero dollars in the maintenance budget. Half the lights did not work, the bathroom door was slip in half, the tub I Was peeling. The good thing is that the price is low enough that it is definitely a better option than sleeping in your car.

Broken beer bottles in landing where (i think vending machines once were). Overgrown weeds. This was not Hurricane debris this was years of neglect. Dirty, old rundown rooms. The on-site restaurant was not running, the pool was not open, pool not open, hot tub was green.

Well to be honest the checking in process was easy. An the hotel was in a convenient location. Walked into the room. An it smelt like mold so bad i almost through up. The bed had mold spots on it. The room showed clear as day water damage. One of the beds was broken an leaning to one side. So you would roll off it all night. An none of the power outlets worked. No tv chennela on the tv. An the pool they advertised was down an not working. I took a trip to orlando to take a cruise. So thankfully we only had to suffer two nights at this place. We was on the cruise for the rest of are booking here.

I was charged an amenity fee but there are no amenities. Wifi did not work, pool closed & was green, bedroom tv did not work, no ice, no coffee. It is very difficult to close the door. You have to fidget with it. The grounds have not been maintained. The building looked abandoned. There were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. So disgusting. I waited close to 30 minutes to check in. Super slow. There was one good thing, the mini fridge does get cold

When they say you get what you paid for this is the perfect example. The staff in the front were very polite and very nice, but the room was awful. The door was banged up. Felt like anybody could break in at any time. The bathroom was falling apart. It was dirty behind the toilet was falling apart at least they had toilet paper. The floors were dirty. The microwave was dirty. The fridge was dirty and rusted. Everything was rusted in there. The walls were gross yellow, like it was the smoking room before or still The beds were sketchy did search for bedbugs immediately, but did not have any that we could see The TV barely worked. It flickered in and out the outlets wouldn't keep anything plugged in the base boys were peeling off, and you could see rest and nasty mess behind it the bed skirts were ripped stained, and gross. The doors were stained and gross. There was trash around the premises of the hotel inside the resort we barely stayed in the room because we were out mostly thank goodness, but even taking a shower in there you still felt dirty afterwards. Do not recommend at all. There's more to say, but these really probably have said it all
