“We had a great time at this lovely home close to all the beauty Pagosa Springs has to offer. The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. Highly recommend this home for your PG visits!! ”

“Beautiful place to stay in a very convenient and gorgeous location. Close to good restaurants and gondola in the mountain village. It is a quiet neighborhood at night which is perfect for families. The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. It does not have an AC unit so in summers it could get very hot, there were enough portable fans to keep the place cool. Communication with the property...

“Nice place to hang your hat while you explore the town of Durango and the surrounding area. It was great to have a kitchen and two bedrooms for our family getaway. ”

“Over all the cabin was beautiful & clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a bit worn flat. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plates silverware cups and glasses. We didn’t know we had to purchase our own dishwasher pods and trash bags. Propane tank was empty & few furniture items were broke upon arrival.”

“The hosts provided information sheets with detailed instructions that were especially helpful as to the operation of the home’s indoor pool, electronics and lighting. Loved having so many beds and ample bedding. We slept six adults, and eight children; however, we hosted an additional 12 guests for dinner, games, that included a pool table and ping-pong. We loved the spaciousness, the outdoor pond and patio for sitting areas.”
