“Everything was great. The only issue i have is not being able to watch tv in color. I dont mind black and white but the tvs brightness is all the way down. The only way you can visibly see the tv is with the lights off. Thats just cable. I dont know if it would be different if you hook a hdmi cable up to it considering i forgot to bring my big cable. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, no other issues. Front desk answered all of my questions. Me and the dogs are very comfortable.”
“The only reason I gave 4 stars for the staff section is due to lack of professionalism when I entered the property. They are finishing up renovations and when I walked in to check in around 4pm on a Thursday the person behind a standard unmarked desk (they are using as a check in space during renovations) was a young man in a t-shirt, no property uniform, so it wasn’t clear he actually worked there, and he just looked at me but didn’t greet me so it was a bit awkward.
