“very clean, updated, and location was perfect for my early morning hospital procedure, because we live 2 hrs away. Will definitely stay again in November when I have to have surgery, my husband needs to be close by”
“The room was clean, staff very friendly and breakfast was good. I did have to troubleshoot my TV to get it to work. The external remote sensor was partially unplugged and didn’t allow the tv to tune any station besides the welcome screen. I could have called for room service but figured it out myself.
Also, the body wash container in the shower was either empty or the hand pump didn’t work. Other than those two issues the room was clean and comfortable.”
“Check- in was super easy and seamless, even more so with the early check-in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful giving us information on places to visit; welcome cookies are so yummy. Such a great start to the stay!”
“The lobby was nice. Great fresh coffee available around the clock. Our room had dead bugs around the walls. Main door to the room wouldn't open easily, drug on the floor. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Had to request a new remote for the TV. Needs some updating.”
