"First room was absolutely terrible, ac didn't cool and water drained in the floor,room was damp and moldy..... spoke to the manager and got transferred to a different room. The second room was very pleasant, exactly what you would expect for a national chain hotel...... other than the first room the property seemed well maintained but dated"

"I enjoyed my stay at Cocoa Beach Suites. The location was convenient, and being close to the beach made it easy to relax and enjoy Cocoa Beach. The property was a good choice for a short getaway. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Some areas could benefit from better maintenance and updates, but I appreciated the stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for convenient beach access."
