Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. I was kindly given access to the solarium/roof area eventhough it was close to the public during my staying. "Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were!
