"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "We were given the wrong room initially, but were able to contact the property to get switched. Our rate said it included breakfast but we were told we couldn’t get breakfast without paying an additional fee. They did let us check in early which was nice! "
