“This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more...

“We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect!
