"We booked this hotel at the last minute after a flight delay meant we missed our ferry connection. What a find! A beautiful hotel nestled away in the old town, this really is a stand-out. Our room was beautifully decorated & was super clean, spacious & very comfortable. We didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been lovely. Friendly staff too. Thoroughly recommended."

"This a nice hotel in a great location. I’m glad I got to stay here. My room was modem, large, and clean. I appreciated the helpful staff and how housekeeping brings you chocolate in the evening! The breakfast area was well presented with a large selection of foods. In the evening I wanted to eat in the restaurant because it was late. There was no one there eating or any staff around. So I asked reception and they checked and said they were still serving. So I went back and still no one to greet me. I went to the other reception area and the person there recommended a good restaurant that was open late and not far away. So that was helpful and I appreciated that. I did feel like I wasn’t given much information when I checked in. Like the fact that I had to go to the other side of the hotel to access the gym and spa. ( there are two separate wings and reception areas) I also wasn’t told that there are limited hours for the gym and pool. The gym and spa area were great. It was the nicest, biggest hotel gym I had ever used. I really appreciated that amenity. I had a great 25 minute massage in the spa. I was unable to use the pool or jacuzzi because they close very early and I didn’t realize that. I went up there and it was not very inviting. It’s more of a bar area. Not many sun loungers . The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. So that was unfortunate and took away from my stay a little bit. Overall it was a nice stay, but I did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel."

"Amazing Location if you’re getting there on a cab and don’t mind to carry some luggage through an old town. Not the best if you’re traveling in a car, but it’s doable as we did. The staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast had amazing pastries."

"Hotel is in a good location and nice rooftop view. We placed a sign to have room maintained but when we returned later in the day the sign was placed back in its folder and never had room service done to it."

"We had a spacious, clean and modern room with efficient and quiet aircon. Bathroom was also modern with excellent fittings. In room coffee machine, Mini bar and complementary fresh drinking water Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect and just a short walk to the palace, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, but the area was bit cramped when busy."
