"It is a newly built hotel so the property felt and smelled "new". Kind staff and very quiet. Only ten minutes walk to the oldtown. If we stayed somewhere close to oldtown, hotel would have been louder and less pristine. Great breakfast. I also recieved massage and they did a great job of fixing my knot. If we come back to Split, we will come back to stay here!"

"Hotel staff are great and hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. The only thing is you are in an industrial area with absolutely nothing around you. If you have a rental car this hotel will work quite well."

"Clean room. Very nice host. Great location, 10 min walk to the ferries and bus. I wouldn’t say it’s a double room, it’s tight, with no place for luggage but the bed. No common area either. "

"We had a fantastic short stay at Procurator 7. The room was very well presented all the utilities you could need. Situated in the old town, everything was only a few minutes walk away. The coast, local restaurants and Diocletian's palace was on our door step! Ana was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend"
