We were a bit concerned with the hotel near the train tracks but it was actually quieter than some along main streets. The hotel provides ear plugs in each room although we never needed them.
Location is convenient to downtown and riverfront park.

Clean rooms, Staff was very nice when checking in, parking is tight. It is loud for example : trains several times a night, people (homeless primarily) yelling in streets, guests drunk and coming back late yelling. So be prepared. Also the water pressure is low, beds are OK but not the best, free breakfast was a joke. The food was adequate but the service was lacking. Took 30 mins to get bisquits and gravy and a burrito. Too long!!!
