"I went there with not expectations at all. In the end it is a motel, right? I have to say that the room I was in (can’t speak for all of them because I don’t know) was recently remodeled. It has a coffee maker, a small refrigerator and a microwave. 2 bottles of water were put in there every single day. They also have some small snack bags as gift and those also were refilled every day. The restaurant is currently being built and a liquor store is being advertised to be coming soon. All requests I made were fulfilled, I only have good things to say about the staff and the owner."

"Not a bad place! We weren’t there very much only to sleep at night and we were gone all day since we were in from out of town visiting family. Stayed for 2 days. The bed was comfy. We took our own pillows and blankets. Lots of water pressure. There was a hairdryer in our room, some shampoos & conditioners. Parking was good. The office is & entrance are in the back of the building. Lots of places around to eat at. Dunkin is across the street. The hotel has coffee and teas in the lobby. Our curtains could have used cleaning. Overall everything was good! You get what you pay for! Always remember that. It was a busy October weekend in Boston and rooms were either booked or way overpriced so we went with this one and it met our needs perfectly. We weren’t in room 113 on bottom floor. There were no elevators and no breakfast. We didn’t expect to have breakfast though. I read the reviews ahead of time."

"This is a dated, solid 3-star hotel. The interior finishes all need a serious refresh. I was on the ground floor in a nice room, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and they stuck me down by the mechanical plant and housekeeping offices. Normally not a bid deal but they left the doors open to the mechanical room the entire time I was in my room. They also need to update the quality and number of WAPs. They were confused when I asked if they had a "business center" because they don't. Given the quality of the Wi-Fi in my room, it would've been nice if they had one.😊 The Colonial Grille is awesome; it is a shining star for this somewhat tired hotel. The restuarant/bar staff are awesome, and the food is good American fare. The bar is a lot of fun, and it's big. This is a local destination for weddings. I was there from Friday to Sunday in late October and I think there were not less than 3 weddings."
