“cost was good but needs updating”

“Awesome property with Excellent Customer service especially Austin and Katie! Definitely two of the most courteous helpful employees i have come across in the Hospitality world and those smiles when u walk in to the lobby sets the Tone of ur visit!! We stayed in Room 312 Jettin tub room and loved the layout with everything perfect! Was not disappointed at all! This will be our Go To Spot for a comfortable stay going foward and highly recommend to everyone! Nice Bar/Restaurant with a nice menu...

“It was an awful experience”

“it was clean and safety”

“rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay”

“We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the friendly staff! It’s location on the Hillsdale campus was incredibly convenient.”

“Water pressure worst. Breakfast option worst. Air-con barely working. Soooooo do not recommend. ”

“The owners and staff are very nice and the breakfast was great!”

“The bathtub was filthy. The smoke detectors was missing. The soda machine was broken. There were no cups in the room. There weren’t enough pillows.”
