“We were disappointed with stay. The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. “Loved our stay, breakfast had many options, and the staff was very helpful.”

“This is an amazing hotel with great staff. 10/10”

“The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel was a good value for the price. The only downside was that there was no elevator.”

My biggest disappointment was the areas available for my dog to use the bathroom were all immediately adjacent to busy roads, people moving about, and...
