Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was a little tight. Our room faced the road/highway and we could hear the traffic going by but otherwise was a good stay. Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel
Needs an update. Lamp was broken and the shade was falling off. Not enough light to get ready in. Thermostat wouldn’t move past 70 degrees and after two calls to the front desk, engineering wasn’t around.
