"The staff was extremely friendly and the room was spotless. This hotel is located within a 2 minute walk to the central tram and train location. There are also a lot of restaurants that are a 5 minute walk from the hotel."

"Very cool place! Beautiful interior and rooms small but mostly functional. Bathrooms perhaps a bit too small. I am a fairly slim person and I struggled to get around the door to shower. Also don’t stay with your romantic partner unless you’re very comfortable using the toilet in front of them as there is no real privacy"

"I loved the hotel but was given the wrong information about transit from the Amsterdam Train station. Getting there the 1st day was terrible -had to walk a long way - when we did finally get there the hotel staff informed us there was a bus within a 5 minute walk - we took the free ferry (in front of the train station) then caught a bus #38 (there are 2 different #38 buses - the bus #38 we took to the hotel also had a name that started with b on it. Sorry I can’t remember the spelling but would contact the hotel to get the correct name. We would stay there again at this hotel. "

"The Park Plaza in Amsterdam offers a great central location for exploring the city. You're right near the Centraal Station, giving easy access to trains, trams and ferries for navigating the city. We also easily accessed bike tours and a canal tour within steps from the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. Our sixth floor room was quiet. Friends with a first floor room found there was a lot of street noise. If you have a room in the newer tower, the two elevator rides and the "bridge" crossing to the newer building does get tedious when you have done it several time in a day."

"Smaller room in an older building. The room was clean, had a nice view of the canal and easy access to all the dining, bars and shopping that you could imagine. At night the WIFI was spotty or non existent because it was shared with the bar on the first floor. If you DO NOT BOOK a Canal View Room there will be no elevator and you will have to carry your bag up steep amd narrow stairs."

"I stayed here for a conference. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Service from staff was all very good. Not the best location for seeing Amsterdam as you are a bit out of the center. Hotel seems to empty and fill based on the river cruises coming and going. "
