"We stayed one night while visiting Hoi An. The hotel was beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable best night sleep, breakfast was delicious with lots of amazing options, location was great 5 minute walk to old town. "

Italian restaurant is connected to the hotel with awesome food and reasonable prices. I would definitely come back! The owner even gave us a glass of champagne which made us feel special."

I felt the place was very well maintained and had no issue aside from a faulty room safe. Great location and fabulous pool area. Staff were great and were able to accommodate a late checkout. Only real complaint is a lack for vegetation-friendly breakfast options at the buffet. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"It’s a 1.5K walk (flat and easy) from the hotel right into the Old City, but its location with the outlook over the green rice fields is absolutely gorgeous. Every aspect of the hotel is Bohemian chic… loved, loved, loved the stay."

"My stay here was very nice. The facilities maintain well there were several pools so something for everyone. The restaurants were nice. I only had breakfast at the red bean and the variety was also good for East and West. The hotel was a good size as well as the bathroom, you get the bare necessities in terms of toiletries, it is an Eco hotel. I would’ve liked softer towels and bath and the room as that’s the goal and smell in tropical resorts. The air conditioning later in the day works better, but not as strong during the day, but it was ok since I was out most of the time. The saw was awesome. I was able to sign up for their services each day of my stay and they were extremely accommodating through WhatsApp with getting me a reservation. I really enjoyed my services. I tried their 4hr package and individual massages as well. It was heaven on earth. The staff at the hotel in the restaurants at the bar were amazing! They were extremely attentive and caring, and even though it is a no non-tip culture they do have a box in the front when you check out that is shared by all the staff. The location it’s very ideal not terribly far from old town Hoi An. Their Grab (uber) is easy to use and I had no issues getting picked up and dropped off from this location."

"Staff were exceptional, went above and beyind to make you feel welcome....and always greeted by name!! 10 out of 10 from us on all aspects. One word of caution, we had booked as it had come up as a hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool and that really isnt the case, there's a large bath half in and half out on the roof space. A fantastic hotel with great food, excellent roof top bar and restaurant, all very reasonable but the stand out features were definitely the staff....thanks for a great stay 👌 "

"The property was lovely, rooms clean and spacious, well-groomed gardens and a nice pool area. The pool was very busy most days so it wasn’t always possible to get a lounge chair. There was often only one attendant working so with the pool so busy the service was slower than you’d expect for the price you pay here. The restaurant had some of the poorest food we have had in Vietnam, at very high prices compared to what you would pay elsewhere for a fantastic meal. My partner became ill after eating the dinner buffet (I am vegetarian so didn’t eat from the buffet and I didn’t get sick). The shuttle bus into Hoi An old town was convenient however one of the times I called ahead to book it and when we arrived at the allotted time they did not have us on the list. Overall just a very average experience for a very high price ticket. This venue is definitely catering to a western audience with its pricing but didn’t live up to the standard we expect. "
