I booked this stay for my mother and her service animal. She was checked in and put in a room right by the front office so she could constantly hear people checking in and she says it was loud and made her restless to where she could not sleep. She tried but it continued all the way until she decided to leave at about 3am. She was upset on the phone when she called me.
