This is a very central/convenient location. The lobby was nice and staff were friendly. The rooms seem like they have been updated, however were not maintained well at all. The walls and doors in our room were VERY beat up. Beds were not made well, cleaning seemed like it was rushed, and there was a broken light in our room. Also lacked basic amenities in the rooms like luggage racks, there was nowhere to put suitcases other than the floor, and not enough outlets, there weren't outlets close to two of the nightstands. None of this is what I expected for spending almost $1k a night for our room.

Very dedicated staff and a great location but, the whole place feels small and cramped. Even the roof top bar is basically a hallway shoehorned into a small area on an otherwise large roof.

Such a cute nice hotel. Loved it.

The staff were over the top! Clean rooms, friendly employees(yes in NYC), very attentive and quick to action. 5 stars all day!

Convenient hotel at a great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ideal for a short stay in the city for a business trip or a family entertainment.
