โGenuinely could not have picked a better place to stay upon my return to Norwich. The staff were above and beyond, helping accommodate our stay and making us feel welcomeโ
โThe bed was huge & comfy, the room was well equipped and it was fab location. Would happily book to stay there again as also very readonably priced.โ
โStaff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?โ
โGreat second stay at Oaklands. Had a few wifi issues which caused some disruption for me as i was there for business, but apart from that the experience was everything i needed it to be. Looking forward to the third stay next month.โ
โFriendly staff, and good value for money. The area is very close to the city center, restaurants, shopping centers. It wasn't the first time I chose this hotel for my staying at Norwich!โ
โ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. โ
โLovely place to stay - we were welcomed with a lovely cup of coffee and biscuits and sat in the beautiful garden. Room was perfect and we loved the whole place will definitely be staying again.โ
โWe stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. โ
โOld fashioned service with staff who make you feel welcomb nothing to much trouble. the breakfast was excellent I would highly recomened and will return soon. thank you for your efforts. Ian Burgessโ
