"I loved everything about this hotel, particularly the location (right bedside Charing Cross Stn and steps away from theatre, covent garden and Trafalgar Square). My room was lovely and had a great view of the Strand. I didn't have breakfast, but went to their gorgeous restaurant “Platform 7” and was able to get a delicious, yet healthy meal. "Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, Greggs on the corner. Covent Garden attractions steps away plus theatres. Loved the handy little mini kitchen for drinks, snacks.
Surprisingly quiet considering the central location.
Hotel front desk staff were friendly and informative, called us a taxi for the airport that arrived exactly on time.

"Beautiful cozy room. We were in the building across the street from main building. Stairs at entrance to note if any mobility issues. It was loud during the day from the buskers in nearby square. Quiet and peaceful at night. The Paris location - Experimental Marais, has larger, well appointed rooms with seating and a lobby which were missing elements on this stay. It’s a great central location and overall a lovely accommodations. "
