"The Brooks Street Motel is an older property with that 70’s feel. I’ve enjoyed staying here for the last 12 years. It’s clean and the staff are so nice and helpful. This is an affordable place to stay and I always sleep good!"

"Everything about the place was beautiful! The only thing that we didn’t love was the water was super coppery and tasted and smelled like iron (kind of like the taste/smell of blood). It was pretty hard to get past and made me not want to take a shower. Maybe it was a random issue with our cabin but it was definitely not pleasant. Everything else was great and beautiful."

"Room was decent. Not horrible, not outstanding. Hotel gets noisy at times. Not much of a breakfast. Hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets not very strong. That being said for the price I would probably stay again."

"Our second stay at the Gibbons Mamsion - returned because we loved the quaint ambiance. This time the smell of bleach was so strong it gave headaches..we opened the window and turned on the exhaust fan which helped, but not sure a return visit is in our future plans."
