“Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet.”

“Fairly average but decent for price. Staff friendly enough but did not explain anything. Suppose they thought it was self explanatory that room key was also key for front door; and to help ourselves to table and food at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room snug, cosy, quiet and clean. Same for bathroom. Snib removed from Yale lock in bedroom so could not lock ourselves in overnight, which was disconcerting (imagine it is so management can access). Breakfast luke warm but fine. Fine for price and for...

“The location to central Exeter city centre”

“Excellent location. Room had everything needed. Would stay again.”

“생데이비드역과 시내중심에서도 가깝고 청결하고 친절하고 좋았습니다”

“주위의 다른 호텔에 비해 상대적으로 시설이 좋습니다. 그러나 아침식사는 크게 기대하지 마시기 바랍니다. ”

“Fantastic location. Super friendly staff.”

“Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good. But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”

“Unkind, a bit dirty and noisy. Don’t recommend ”

“I had a comfortable night - despite facing the main road the double glazing kept the noise out (although as the weather was dreadful there were fewer drunken parties roaming the streets compared with a typical Saturday night). I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. My room was recently decorated though other parts of the hotel (such as the carpet on the main stair) could do with some attention.”

“Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms...

“Perfect idyllic spot with a beautiful, comfortable and luxurious Lodge. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat. ”

“I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.”

“We had a really pleasant stay ahead of an early flight the following morning. Comfy bed, great staff and nice biscuits.”
