"Second time staying here. I had forgotten or I would’ve booked elsewhere. No hot water at 8am!!! Foyer looks great but then you take elevator to floor and see hallways need an update. Door locks have been updated. Room was ok. Just wasn’t my cup of tea."

"It is in a rough area, the room was clean and the staff friendly enough. The room had a burnt out bulb upon entry, and the front desk was good about coming and changing the whole fixture immediately. The restaurant was NOT open for breakfast on the weekend (i left by 830am both weekend days and was assured it would open at 9am... but i didnt stick around to find out) so we were offered sandwiches and desseet squares that were extremely mediocre. Monday morning the restaurant opened at 8am and the food was actually a very good basic breakfast. A rough crowd hung around the outside of the hotel, but once in the hotel, i didnt have any issues. "

"Premium room was really no different then a regular room. For the rate. The kuireg machine wasnt working and I was sure breakfast was included when I booked but ended up not. The food at rhe hub could be a bit better for the price. Especially the bannock it was rock hard."

"Terrible parking system, added an extra $66 to my stay. I paid for a King room, got a 2 queen instead. TV stopped working, had to call maintenance to fix. Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again. "
